Alumni Information Multi TRL 9 20-50 people

Overview

Problem: Small businesses face a major barrier to defense work: prohibitive cost and complexity of securing accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and security clearances. This stifles innovation and limits the government's access to vital technology from non-traditional vendors.

Solution: subscriptions, shared SCIFs, expert services to get Facility Clearance (FCL) and Personnel Clearance (PCL).

Validation: Operational in Colorado Springs, supporting multiple classified projects. Expanding to Washington D.C. and Southern California+ 10 over next year.

Maturity: TRL 9 - operational, active customers.

Advantage: First-mover in creating scalable, multi-tenant SCIF network. Physical footprint + proprietary process for navigating clearances, = hard to copy.

G2M: enable SMBs to pursue opportunities through AFWERX, SBIR, DIU, and primes' partnerships by removing capital and time cost of building SCIFs.

Dual-Use: model extends to commercial sectors with high-security needs, including finance, regulated R&D, and critical infrastructure, where secure physical space is needed.

Team: Founded by defense operators and GovCon pros with deep national security expertise and agile startup experience.

Competitors: traditional "build-your-own" SCIF model & large prime contractors. We are a shared-economy model that dramatically lowers barrier to entry.

User: A founder or lead engineer at a small defense technology startup.

User's Critical Problem: The inability to discuss classified requirements or access secure networks, which prevents them from closing high-value deals and collaborating with government partners.
