Overview

Problem OverWatch Locator (OWL) was initially designed for firefighters operating in the austere fire conditions inside structures such as high thermal temperatures, zero visibility from smoke, structural collapse, etc.

Solution OWL is a deployable 3D interior tracking system designed around ultra wideband (UWB) to dramatically reduce the number of deaths/severe injuries across the community by reducing the exposure of firefighters through decreasing search & rescue time from minutes to seconds.

Field Validation Field tested multiple times. Full scale tech demonstrated October 2023.

Competitive Landscape The primary competitor in the market space is Ascent Integrated Tech and uses an iPhone 16 "Find My Phone" style app for tracking. Does not work in high thermal temperatures environments.
