Overview

Problem DoD personnel rely on outdated systems like DTS and Space-A Flights under TRANSCOM’s Air Mobility Command. Modernization is essential to improve air logistics. Solution EvoLux offers an air charter marketplace and reservation system that distributes VTOL and fixed-wing aircraft availability in real & future time with an intuitive UI. We propose integrating into DTS and customizing our SaaS platform to enhance Space-A flight management. Additionally, we can offer our existing commercial platform through MWR programs, giving service members & families access to discounted flights Field Validation Now on version 7, EvoLux has iterated since 2014. We launched SkyShare reservations with Rolls-Royce at five track events (2015–2018), scaling to 18 flights/day. We've since expanded to include fixed-wing operators & distribute empty legs. We're cash flow positive & preparing for Series A financing to scale B2C and launch our B2B SaaS Technology Maturity Our platform is globally deployed, but currently only marketed in the U.S. Strategic Advantage We've built the most comprehensive vtol & fixed-wing marketplace.
